No Refund Policy for Registration and Tuition Fees

At Uptech Computer Training Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training programs and ensure a seamless enrollment process for all our students. To maintain the integrity of our admissions process, we have established the following No Refund Policy for registration and tuition fees:

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
   The registration fee paid to Uptech Computer Training Academy is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs, course materials, and securing a seat in the selected program. This applies even if the physical registration form has not been picked up for onsite students.

2. Tuition Fee Refund Policy
   While tuition fees are generally non-refundable, the institution may, at its discretion, refund a certain percentage of the tuition fee for students who have not started attending classes, whether online or on-site. Refund requests must be formally submitted and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refund for Withdrawal or Non-Attendance
   If a student decides to withdraw from the course after attending classes or fails to attend the training program for any reason, the tuition fee will not be refunded or transferred to another course or individual.

4. No Refund for Change of Mind
   Once the registration and tuition fees have been paid, requests for refunds due to a change of mind, personal reasons, or scheduling conflicts will not be entertained.

5. Course Cancellation by the Academy
   In the rare event that Uptech Computer Training Academy cancels a course, students will have the option to transfer their payment to another course or session, but no cash refunds will be issued.

By completing the registration process or making the payment, students acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. We encourage all prospective students to carefully review course details and schedules before making any financial commitments.
